Supplementary SQCT Questions

Instructors have the option to add up to two supplementary questions from a question pool to their end-of-course Student Questionnaire on Courses and Teaching (SQCT).

Instructors who want to opt-in and select supplementary questions can do so October 28 – November 15, 2019 at feedback.uwo.ca.

• Instructions on opting in and selecting supplementary questions for the end-of-course SQCT

Students will be able to complete their end-of-course SQCT, including any supplementary questions that their instructor selected, during the course feedback period (November 18 – December 6, 2019). Only the instructors will have access to the results of the supplementary SQCT questions.
